Based in Melbourne, Tim is an experienced professional in Finance and Equity Raising with respect to renewable energy projects, and has over 25 years' experience in senior investment and debt advisory roles in Australia and overseas.
More recently, Tim has held advisory roles on a number of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Australia.
Tim has developed a highly valued channel of corporate and private investors both within Australia, and across Europe, SE Asia and USA.

Based in Perth, Tony brings over 24 years of construction industry experience, specialising in contentious claims and project disputes for 15 years. His expertise encompasses project development, EPC, and risk transfer within the energy and infrastructure sector.
With a proven track record in various countries, including Ireland, the UK, Middle East, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia,
Tony excels in managing diverse energy-related projects. His skills are particularly effective in high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability to significant change, conducting critical analysis, and maintaining determination under close scrutiny—essential qualities for sustained business success.

Based in Head Office (Sunshine Coast), Wayne is regarded as one of Australia's leading practitioners for renewable energy site selection, through to development approvals and permits for renewable projects.
Wayne also brings over 35 years commercial experience at senior executive level and in Board advisory roles and organisational development in Australia, Canada, USA and SE Asia.
Wayne has extensive corporate experience in M&A processes, leading several organisation change and merger programs across Australia and in the USA
